CANADAA $1 handling fee applies to each order, which includes shipping costs to anywhere in the world. This fee is only applied once to each order, no matter how much you're ordering.
Orders usually take two days to send. Occasionally they can take longer, depending on our current situation. It's just the nature of the business because each order is made on demand. In absolutely extreme cases, orders might take over 4 weeks to receive, but we do everything in our power to get most orders sent within the two day deadline.
