Ordering custom stickers is complicated! PLEASE READ THE TERMS BEFORE E-MAILING YOUR ORDER OR QUESTIONS. Please note that it costs extra to order custom stickers, and takes longer to receive them.
There are varying surcharges for each type of custom sticker order. Please see below for more info. A $2 postage charge is applied to each full order. Please remember to add this before making payment. Also, non-custom stickers can be added based on the price listed at Reprolabels.com, but you must add the dollar amounts yourself, and you must list the sticker sets in the order comments. Here are the 5 types of custom sticker orders:
1) Archive sets These are sets already commissioned by other customers. An archive fee of $2 has been added to the printing costs in order to justify the shorter runs we are printing for these non-stock items. In many cases, the archive fee is passed on to the customer who originally created or commissioned the new design. The archive fee is already included in the price listed in the archive page (you do NOT need to add it to your total). In cases where someone else designed the stickers (see item description), Reprolabels does not guarantee the accuracy of colors or cut lines. See a list of custom sets already commissioned here. We only offer other people's designs and ideas if the design's owner WANTS us to. Please inform us immediately if you see a potential violation of this policy.
2) Custom recolors Commission your own simple recolor! Find a set on Reprolabels.com, and we will make the color changes you request. Simply provide a list of colors to change (e.g. Change red to black, silver to white, etc...). This option costs an additional $8, but this is only a one-time fee. For instance, you pay only an $8 surcharge even if you need two copies of your recolor. The recolor you request will automatically be made available to others as well, and you will earn $1 of store credit whenever someone else orders it. You will also be able to re-order this without paying the usual $2 archive fee that others will have to pay. You will be credited for the idea. Reprolabels retains the rights to the idea. Reprolabels.com reserves the right to deny projects, but only if the project is not feasible or if Reprolabels already had plans to make a similar set. Customers who submit ideas do so with utmost good faith that Reprolabels is honest about the reason for any denials. Nothing is owed for denied projects and customer is not credited.
3) Minor redesign With this option, you can ask for simple mods, like a faction symbol swap, or added text, or maybe a racing number change. Cut lines CAN NOT be modified for this option. This option costs an additional $16, but this is only a one-time fee. For instance, you pay only a $16 surcharge even if you need two copies of your redesign. The redesign you request will automatically be made available to others as well, and you will earn $2 of store credit whenever someone else orders it. You will also be able to re-order this without paying the usual $2 archive fee that others will have to pay. You will be credited for the idea. Reprolabels retains the rights to the idea. 4) New designs Completely new designs, usually involving the shipment and return shipment of a toy for sizing purposes (at customer's expense). Surcharge to be negotiated before hand (minimum $50). Contact Reprolabels to find out how to get your completely original sticker design created. With this option, you will retain all rights to the design. We will only list this set for resale at your request. If you wish to allow us to resell it, $3 from each sale will be accumulated and paid to you upon request via PayPal. Reprolabels.com reserves the right to deny projects, but only if the project is not feasible or if Reprolabels already had plans to make a similar set. 5) Customer supplied designs A $15 set-up charge is applied. It is assumed that customers supplying their own designs have some graphics background, or hired a graphic designer to create the files. It is also assumed that the customer has permission to submit the design to us, and owns the design. We accept no responsibility for the accuracy of cut lines - we simply cut them as the file specifies. If customer WISHES, design can be sold to other customers, in which case, $2 + 30 percent of print cost is accumulated every time someone else buys a set, and paid to the original customer upon request via PayPal. Customers must contact Reprolabels with the idea before submitting design files. Reprolabels.com reserves the right to deny projects, but only if the project is not feasible, not set-up properly or if Reprolabels already had plans to make a similar set. Customers who submit ideas do so with utmost good faith that Reprolabels is honest about the reason for any denials. Nothing is owed for denied projects and customer is not credited. Designers: You supply original VECTOR art made in Corel Draw or Adobe Illustrator. We will not accept any responsibility for accuracy of cut lines - they will be as you draw them. Please keep the number of colors to a mimimum (under 8 would be ideal). Cut lines grouped as 1 object. Valid colors include white (for transparent labels), silver, chrome, gold, and any standard spot color (no color matching). There may be other requirements - we will ask for changes to your document if needed. Printing costs are extra, and are calculated based on size of document. Ask for a quote on printing before submitting jobs.
